As part of our GINCO inclusion program, female Dosatron employees have been invited over the past few months to express their views as women within the company on various topics.
Beyond the diversity of points of view according to age group or department, some highlights emerged:

A positive perception of equal opportunities for men and women to be maintained over time
75% of Dosatron women feel they have the same career opportunities as their male colleagues.
92% of female employees appreciate the diversity of our teams.
Perceived equality with men within the company, in line with social trends
71% of female employees feel on an equal footing with their male colleagues.
A feeling of well-being and a strong attachment to the company
Over two-thirds of the female employees questioned about their motivation to continue working for the company spontaneously mentioned their attachment to the company, to their colleagues and/or the working atmosphere.
